Returning for Refund

1. Definitions

Strainsense is a business-to-business Supplier. We understand that products can be ordered in error, over-ordered or no-longer required. As such, we allow returns for refund. Per our Terms & Conditions point 13.4:

13.4 Customers may only return products to Strainsense, and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:

  1. The Customer should contact Strainsense to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork)
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. Products must be returned to Strainsense in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale;
  4. The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the website with any product regarding its return to Strainsense

Products will be accepted based on the above conditions; the following guidance applies:

Products are returned to Strainsense with the appropriate Returns number marked clearly on the packaging.

Pursuant to inspection, a product refund will be provided against the payment method used to purchase the product/s. Under no circumstances will payment be made to any other person or account.

A cost deduction will be applied to cover cost borne by Strainsense Ltd as follows:

  • UK Customers: £35.00
  • Overseas customers: €40/$45 USD depending on the currency used to purchase.

It is the buyer responsibility to cover the costs to securely pack, transport and insure goods to Strainsense Limited.

Refunds are made through the original secure payment portal. Refunds usually take between 5-10 working days after receipt & inspection of the product.
